Yeah, it is a real pain when this happens. Things I accept done with some success.
First, re-create what I am writing to the clipboard.
Then log out of the forum and dorsum in. Return to where I was and effort again.
or
Go do something else and come back in half an hour and endeavor again.
It sometimes means that someone else has grabbed the thread to post or to modify something, but not ever.
By the manner, ignore Jay'due south proposition unless you were talking about getting an error message from Excel.

It's a adequately common trouble here.
one. Quick & easy, very probable to assist: Hit F5 to refresh the thread before trying to compose your reply.
two. Taking too long (~ten minutes maybe) to etch your message tin can cause the problem. Copy what you've typed, striking F5 and try once more to mail.
3. More than likely to help with Internet Explorer than with other browsers:
